Empire and especially service tech Chris did not disappoint. His knowledge and patience are amazing. Was very comfortable having him in my home, being a senior that is important to me. Signed a service contract for a great price too.

I highly recommend Empire. Dan came to service my furnace, found some concerns and after some discussion, we agreed I needed a new furnace. Two days later my furnace was installed by Nathan and Dom. All the staff I dealt with were competent, knowledgeable and considered all my questions. Will definitely use them again.

Empire Heating did fantastic work for us across various items in my home. They replaced my furnace, added a gas line outside to my grill and even researched, ordered, and converted the burners. They also researched and added an outside toilet and did the plumbing. They did a couple of small projects as well. It was impressive! The owner Maurice came over and reviewed my "wishlist" of items to get done and they basically went through and handled everything perfectly without me having to do anything but review and approve. I would highly recommend them to anyone who just wants to get things done across a variety of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing needs!
